I heard this song a couple months ago and I LOVED IT!
It reminds me not only of my faith and beliefs, but that regardless of our religion, we all need to let go of our burdens and baggage. I feel the lyrics also describe what a SimplyHealed™ session is like. Our spirits are so intelligent, they knows exactly what burdens we carry that need to be released. It is OUR choice to drop the bags. What happens with your bags and burdens might depend on your faith. In mine, I know it is a loving Savior that is willing to carry my burdens as I choose and turn to Him.
Life doesn’t have to be as heavy and hard as we make it. Choose to be filled with faith. Faith in the purpose of life, as well as faith in yourself and your purpose and mission. Breathing is truly one of the greatest tools we have to release negativity that gets caught up in our bodies…let it be gone on the vapor of a breath. If you are scared of the happiness and amazing future you might experience, only try to imagine right now…let your dream build within you and get you to a place where you are willing to let go and run free. Don’t choose to hold yourself back by holding tight to something that makes your life that much harder. You don’t have to be afraid of happiness.
